I agree with you on the pineapple bit.

I do like a ham, pineapple and mushroom pizza.

But mushrooms and peppers do belong on pizzas.

Pizza one, triple pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and green peppers.

Pizza two, tomato, mushroom, sweetcorn, green peppers, ham and onion.

The mushrooms add extra umami to the tomato sauce and the green peppers add a little sweetness and a little crunch.

I have lumped acidic, savory, salty and umami flavors separate from sweet flavors. Maybe it was the cuisine I grew up eating? (Indian/Asian)

I still find PBJ sandwiches weird. I will eat BBQ pineapple and I have grown to like some sweet (non-dominant) flavors in things like salad dressings or apple sauce as a side to pork chops.

But people can fuck off with pineapples on their pizza lol. No mixing.

Also, its the first time I’m seeing this variant of the Brio.

The Brio is popular in India, but no RS variant :/

Real bacon comes in rashers.

None of these tiny processed hams that they call “bacon”.

Streaky is acceptable in the states, but still ultimately inferior to the meaty goodness of a rasher. I won’t deny that it is delicious when crispy, though.

It comes off the back, soaked in brine, then coated in corn meal. There is normally a tiny strip of fat on the edge, but that’s it.

I can understand why you don’t want mushrooms on pizzas then. Lol.

I get a bad stomach from cheap pepperoni so with pizza places it can be hit or miss whether I suffer for the pleasure of taste.

I disagree. Italians do not put pineapple on pizza. You will find mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, spinach, garlic, prosciutto, and a bunch of other toppings on it, though (including peppers, I believe).

I still suspect it’s not an actual problem. Like I said, try Beano. I am super fond of radishes, but my body doesn’t react well to them. Beano keeps the gas from building so I can enjoy them.

Italians invented pizza. Pizza Quattro Stagioni always includes mushrooms and is probably the most popular type of pizza in Italy.
